Tim McGraw’s latest tour kicks off next week and he is certainly ready to get back out on the road, especially since he spent most of the last year focused on acting with his series “1883.”

A company called Melomega claims in a new lawsuit filed in Los Angeles federal court that the hit steals a “core portion” of their 1980 song called “The First Time Baby Is A Holiday," written by Palmer Rakes and Frank Fioravanti.

While Brett Young is happily married to wife Taylor, he says he was inspired by her when he was writing his heartbreak song, “You Didn’t.”
