American Heart Association’s Top Diets For Heart Health

  • A new report reveals which diets best meet the American Heart Association’s guidelines for heart health.
  • The DASH diet tops the list, as it gets a perfect 100% for meeting all of the AHA goals for heart-healthy eating.
