Brothers Osborne got a lot from their parents, and that includes their taste in music. John says their dad listened to all types of music, “everything from Hank Williams to Willie Nelson to even pop music like Mariah Carey and Tom Petty to Bob Seger.”

As we previously told you, a source recently told “Us Weekly” that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton were planning to tie the knot once the coronavirus crisis is over. Well, now another source says that’s not necessarily true.

Jon Pardi just dropped the new video for his latest single, “Ain’t Always The Cowboy,” from his most recent album, “Heartache Medication.” The clip has Jon performing in the desert, cut with a clips of a restless cowgirl who seems to be running from commitment.

Dolly Parton has been telling her life story through song for years, and now she’s going to be doing the same in a new book.

Garth Brooks has shared a new song with fans. The singer debuted the new track, “We Belong To Each Other,” on “Good Morning America” host Robin Roberts’ Facebook page.  The song has Garth singing about unity, with lines like, "We are sister and brother, born to love one another."

Nashville’s CMA Fest was canceled this year because of the coronavirus, but ABC is bringing the experience to homes next month with a three-hour retrospective of past CMA Fests.

Alan Jackson was back on stage this weekend, performing his first drive-in concerts. The two shows took place in Alabama, the happeingn in rural Cullman, on York Farms the site of Rock the South, for about 2,000 vehicles.

While the concert industry as practically shut down in the wake of the coronavirus, Granger Smith was back on stage performing for a crowd this weekend. The singer performed alongside his band in Tyler, Texas, and shared a picture from the gig on social media. 

This was another big weekend for new country music, with several artists releasing new tunes.

Like most artists, Garth Brooks can’t really tour right now, but he’s found a way to bring music to fans. During an appearance on “Good Morning America” Garth announced he’ll headline a very special drive-in concert.  “Encore Live Presents a Garth Brooks Drive In Concert Experience” will take place June 27^th, airing at 300 drive-ins across North America.

After 14 years, Lady Antebellum is no more. Well, not exactly...the group has announced that they've changed their name due to the negative connotations of the word 'Antebellum.' From now on they will simply go by Lady A.

Jason Isbell, Amanda Shires and Rosanne Cash are among the artist confirmed for the streaming concert “Keep the Music Playing,” set for June 17^th.  The event, presented by Nashville’s Acme Radio Live and sponsored by Jack Daniel’s, will benefit the Music Health Alliance. 

Ruston Kelly is ready to drop some new music this summer. The singer will release his new album “Shape and Destroy” on August 28^th, featuring guest appearances by wife Kacey Musgraves, dad Tim “TK” Kelly, and sister Abby Kelly.
