As we previously told you, Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood were forced to postpone a planned Facebook Live acoustic livestream after someone in their camp was exposed to COVID-19. Well, everyone must be okay because they’ve now rescheduled the performance.

Country fans weren’t able to experience CMA Fest this year since it was canceled due to the coronavirus, but ABC brought the Fest home last night, with a look back at CMA Fests from the past. 

Little Big Town just released a cover of Hank Williams’ classic “Jambalaya (On the Bayou),” which is a collaboration with Trombone Shorty they recorded for the “United We Sing” TV special.

Tim McGraw just announced the release date for his next album, and gave fans another taste of the record. “Here on Earth” is set to drop August 21^st, and he just released the title track.

Country fans will want to be sure to tune into ABC tonight, when they air a three-hour retrospective of CMA Fest, which was canceled this year due to the coronavirus. “CMA Best of Fest,” hosted by Luke Bryan, will feature 25 performances from over the last 16 years of CMA Fests, as well as a brand new performance from Luke and Darius Rucker.

Funeral services for Charlie Daniels were held Friday at the World Outreach Church in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Daniels passed away July 6^th from a hemorrhagic stroke. He was 83.

The annual GLAAD Media Awards are going virtual this year due to the coronavirus.
