  • A lot of people are feeling burned out, with 38% of Americans saying they feel like they’re low on energy at least four days a week, according to a new survey.
  • To help give them a boost, 63% drink a caffeinated beverage, 47% sip water and 46% go for something with sugar.
  • Over three-quarters (78%) of respondents say they want to do better than “just making it through” the day, and to get there, they’re willing to eat more nutritious foods (57%), get more sleep (54%) and drink more water (46%).

  • Luke played 48 shows at The Theatre at Resorts World, culminating in his final show over the weekend that concluded with a surprise on-stage visit 
  • As Luke wrapped up the show, a group of people came on stage, causing Luke to bow to them and exclaim to the crowd, "These are my dealers, these are my craps dealers," he said, hugging each one and taking a photo with them. “Cheers to two years”

  • A few weeks ago, Arizona Cardinals linebacker Jesse Luketa caught a ride with the Phillips family when he had a flat tire on the way to a game, and in return, he provided them with special access that day and promised future game tickets.
  • Recently, he fulfilled that promise by giving the Phillips family a VIP experience at a Cardinals game, complete with Cardinals gear, box seats, and a sideline photo op.
  • The family expressed gratitude for the kind gesture, but say they’d have helped Luketa out even if he hadn’t been a famous football player.
