Thomas Rhett and wife Lauren will celebrate their eighth wedding anniversary on October 12^th, but they’ve been together much longer than that.  They actually went to school together in first grade, and then really met in sixth grade and Thomas says even though he was only 11 or 12  he "fell in love with her that day."

Jon Pardi debuted his new CMT digital variety series earlier this week, which is called, appropriately enough, “Pardi Time.”

Kane Brown and “Modern Family’s” Sarah Hyland have been announced as co-hosts for the upcoming CMT Music Awards. And they won’t be the only ones. The show is set to have four hosts this year, with the other pair to be announced ahead of the October 21^st show.

Tim McGraw has been chosen as the third honoree of the Tom Hanks Caregiver Champion Award, and will be celebrated for his support of military and veteran caregivers. Tim became interested in working with caregiver programs after becoming a caregiver of his father Tug McGraw, who died in 2004 from brain cancer.

Cam recently dropped the video for her latest single “Classic,” where she gets to channel Marilyn Monroe. The fun clip is filled with bright pink and furs, with Cam celebrating all the classic things that never go out of style, including her romance.

CMT will be celebrating emerging artists during the upcoming 2020 CMT Music Awards. Producers just announced the lineup for the Ram Trucks Side Stage featuring six breakout artists, including Caylee Hammack, HARDY, Ingrid Andress, Mickey Guyton, Riley Green and Travis Denning.

Reba McEntire is set to return as host of the CMA Awards for a fifth time, and she’ll be joined this year by first time host Darius Rucker.
