Thomas Rhett & Wife Found Creative Ways To Have Date Night During Pandemic

It sure sounds like Thomas Rhett didn’t need to look far for ideas for his song “Bring The Bar,” which was the inspiration for his “Bring The Bar To You” Tour. That’s because when he and wife Lauren weren’t able to go out in 2020 due to the pandemic, they found ways to have a good time at home.
“I mean, me and Lauren got real good at bringing the bar to each other during 2020,” he shares. "I don’t think we saw a bar for a year and a half, and so we got really good at getting creative with date night.”
He adds that the tune “just made me smile,” noting, “it reminded me of the fun that we had to make in 2020, but also turned into kind of a party jam.”
- And speaking of Thomas’ “Bring The Bar To You” tour, his August 12th show at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado is now sold out, and folks who can’t make can now still experience it. The singer announced the show will be live streamed via VEEPS. Tickets can be found here.
