Thomas Rhett's dream is to write a Christmas song! But not just any Christmas song, a Christmas song that will live on for ages to come a la "All I Want For Christmas Is You."
Rhett did release two Christmas songs a couple of years ago, an original he wrote with Chris Tomlinson called "Christmas in the Country" and his own version of "The Christmas Song."
He hopes his original song will be enjoyed for years to come, but he admits, “It’s kind of impossible to write a classic, you know what I’m sayin’? You just kinda hope that it’s cool enough to survive one year and maybe it’ll get played the next year. I think my dream in life would be to write a classic Christmas song that gets played until my kids are older, but there’s a lot of classics out there that are incredible.”
