Thomas Rhett Getting “Nostalgic” With Cassette Release Of “Where We Started”

Thomas Rhett’s new album “Where We Started” drops April 1st and fans may be surprised to find out they can order a special cassette version of the record, that includes commentary from Thomas himself.
Thomas says he decided to go with a cassette because, “When I think about a cassette, I think about being young,” noting, “And with the album being called 'Where We Started,' I don’t know, it’s kind of just a deep dive into looking back at your younger self.”
He adds, “I just thought, that was kind of a really neat way to ring in the album title with something that feels so nostalgic like a cassette.”

The event will take place in Nashville, hosted by Bobby Bones, with Thomas performing and answering questions about his new album.
