Tenille Townes Drops New Song “Villain In Me”

Tenille Townes is out with a new song. The singer just dropped the new track “Villain in Me,” which she calls “the most personal song that I’ve ever written.”
She explains that the song is inspired by the “struggles that I face with the voices that are in my head telling me I’m not good enough,” adding, “music is my place to put those emotions.”
She adds, “it’s my greatest hope with the song that it could be an invitation or a comfort to somebody listening to it out there who wrestles with similar things,” noting, “I’m very much in the middle of the process of figuring that out and hope people feel like they can join me in that.”
