Tanya Tucker Shares New Song, “Bring My Flowers Now”

Tanya Tucker’s new album “While I’m Livin’,” drops Friday and she’s now shared another song from it with fans, the album’s closing track, “Bring My Flowers Now.” And it turns out the tune, co-written by Tucker with Brandi Carlile and Carlile’s bandmates, twin brothers Tim and Phil Hanseroth, is one of Tanya’s all-time favorites.
“‘Delta Dawn’ has always been my favorite song that I have ever recorded and the pinnacle of my 50-year career,” Tanya says. “But I think now, ‘Delta Dawn’ has to move over for ‘Bring My Flowers Now.’”
She adds, “This song came from my heart; it’s about showing love for the ones we have now before they are gone.” Check it out to the right.
