Sturgill Simpson Releases Song From “The Dead Don’t Die”

Sturgill Simpson has just released the new song, “The Dead Don’t Die,” which he wrote for Jim Jarmusch's new zombie film, “The Dead Don't Die,” which opens today.
Sturgill says he’s such a big fan of the director he didn’t thing twice about writing the song. "I think I said yes before he even got the question out," he tells Zane Lowe. "I've always love his work, probably since I was too young to even understand or be watching."
Sturgill also makes a cameo in the film, which stars Adam Driver, Bill Murray, Selena Gomez, Tilda Swinton, Tom Waits, Chloe Sevigny, and more. Check out the song to the right.
