Sam Hunt's Estranged Wife Refiles for Divorce

Sam Hunt's estranged wife Hannah Fowler filed for divorce on Friday... and then withdrew the filing later the same day, as we told you. Now, she's filing for divorce again and we know why she withdrew the original filing. Fowler had originally filed in Davidson County, which was the wrong county. Even later on Friday, her lawyers refiled the same petition in Williamson County instead.
The docs show Fowler accused Hunt of infidelity and that the couple is expecting their first child in May. In her petition, Fowler asked for “transitional alimony, rehabilitative alimony and alimony in [the] future.” She also requested to be the baby's primary residential guardian. Further in the petition, Fowler said that “all hopes of reconciliation are exhausted.”
