Parker McCollum Won’t Be Singing At His Upcoming Wedding

Parker McCollum is set to marry fiancée Hallie Ray Light in Texas later this month, and he has no plans to work on his big day.
“I told her dad, he didn't want to pay that much, so I won't be singing at the wedding," he tells “People.” "That's my day off! You want me to work on my day off?”
While Parker was only kdding about that, he did note, “I don't think I'll be singing. I'll just enjoy—it's all about her anyway, it's her day. So I'm just grateful that she's choosing to spend it with me."
As for who he’d love to have sing at the wedding, Parker’s two top choices are George Strait and John Mayer, but he jokes “I can't afford either of them, so they won't be there.”
