The legacy off Merle Haggard will be celebrated at the Grand Ole Opry Next month.
“Opry Salutes Merle Haggard," set for April 6th, the anniversary of both his birth and his death, will feature performances Suzy Bogguss, his son Marty Haggard, Cody Johnson, Joe Nichols, Eli Paperboy Reed, Lainey Wilson and more.
The artists will not only cover Merle classics, but will also play their own hits inspired by the country icon.
Tickets are on sale now. Folks who don’t catch it in person will be able to watch highlights on an “Opry Live” that will air this spring on Circle Network.
