New Country Music You May Have Missed

Several of your favorite stars dropped new music this weekend, including Toby Keith, Trisha Yearwood and Jordan Davis. 

• In honor of the Fourth of July Toby Keith shared the new song “Happy Birthday America.” “I get to wake up in your freedom/but sometimes I wonder why/seems like everybody’s p***** on the red, white and blue,” he sings. “Happy Birthday America/whatever’s left of you.” 

As we previously told you, Trisha Yearwood recorded an acoustic version of her classic hit “She’s In Love With The Boy” for her upcoming “Every Girl: Deluxe” reissue, dropping August 13^th. The new version is in honor of the track’s 30^th anniversary and the song is out now. 

Jordan Davis has dropped the new single “Buy Dirt,” featuring Luke Bryan, the title track from his recently released EP. “’Buy Dirt’ is a song that came to me a couple of months into the pandemic,” he shares. “We couldn’t tour, music, everything was at a standstill. I came to the realization of man, all you need is your faith, your family and your friends,” adding, “at the end of the day those are three things that I need to always keep at the top of my list, and ‘Buy Dirt’ is my kind of pledge to that.”
