Parker McCollum Surprises William Beckmann With Invitation To Grand Ole Opry: Rising country artist William Beckmann got a big surprise this weekend when he received a video call from fellow country singer and friend Parker McCollum. Parker told William that he had recommended him to perform at the Grand Ole Opry and that William would be making his Grand Ole Opry debut on March 3rd! William was shocked and grateful for this once in a lifetime opportunity. Jordan Petit, from Opry Entertainment Group, commented on how amazing William's voice is and that they are excited to see him perform on the Grand Ole Opry stage.
Graham Barham Releases New Single "Beer By My Bed”: Graham Barham has released a new song called "BEER BY MY BED." The new tune is inspired by a “wild night at the bar”, and the aftermath of that experience. The song was co-written with Sam Backoff, Summer Overstreet, and Beau Bailey and produced by Will Bundy. Barham also released a music video for the single (which you can check out on the right). Currently, Barham has signed a six-song deal with BMG, a subsidiary of Virgin Records, and he plans to release new music every six weeks and is looking forward to playing shows in the future.
Carrie Underwood Rescues Shelter Dog: Carrie Underwood just adopted a new rescue puppy! She announced the news on social media and introduced the new addition to her family. The puppy is named Charlotte "Charlie" Nilla Fisher and joins Underwood's other two dogs, Penny Jean and Zero. Underwood has been a longtime supporter of animal adoption and even founded her own foundation, The C.A.T.S. Foundation, to support animal-related initiatives in her hometown. The adoption of Charlie comes nearly a year after the passing of Underwood's beloved dog, Ace.
Morgan Wallen Has Surprise Meet and Greet With Nashville’s Police: Morgan Wallen had a chance encounter with the Nashville police recently. The country music superstar was in downtown Nashville and stopped for a photo op with the Metro Nashville Police Department's newly launched entertainment district unit. The unit consists of 30 officers who work 10-hour shifts every weekend, Thursday through Sunday, with the goal of making the downtown area a great place to work and play.
