Dolly Parton Says She'll Never Retire: In a radio interview with "The Chris Evans Breakfast Show" while in the UK this week, Dolly Parton was answering fans questions when one fan asked the legend if she would consider one-off shows in the UK, considering she was walking away from touring. "I’m not going on tour any more, not in the near future," Dolly answered. "Never say never as they say, but I’ll never retire - but touring is a little too much for me now, because you have to spend at least six months preparing for a tour, and…you gotta commit yourself to a year and half or so of a show - and I’m just not willing to do that any more…but I will continue to do special shows…"

Hailey Whitters Was Once Hired To Be Miranda Lambert's Body Double: In an interview with Taste Of Country, Hailey Whitters was asked if she was ever told she looked like someone else. "Miranda Lambert," the country newcomer responded, adding, "I was walking to work at a hair salon, and I got stopped on the street by her music video director. She was like, 'Hey, what are you doing tomorrow?'" the newcomer recalls. "I was like, well, I'm working, actually - let me go in and ask my boss if I can have tomorrow off." Her boss gave her the day, so the singer went back outside, only to be met by Lambert herself standing next to the video director. "The video director turned to Miranda and said, 'I think she is going to play you in the 'Fastest Girl in Town' video shoot tomorrow.'" Whitters says Lambert looked right at her and said, "Well, if she's gonna play me, I'm glad she's cute!"

Shania Twain Does First-Ever On-Stage Gender Reveal: Shania Twain was playing a show in Toronto this past week when she spotted a sign in the crowd: "Shania, will you do my gender reveal?" and she was hyped. "Do you wanna come up here? I feel so privileged!" Twain told the mother-to-be, who made her way to the stage. The expectant mother told Twain and the audience that she and her partner would be happy with either a boy or a girl, but that, "We’re kinda hoping you’ll say, 'Let's go girls!'" The fan handed Twain an envelope, but instead of blurting out the results, Twain immediately went into her song "From This Moment On," changing the lyrics to reveal what everyone was waiting to learn: "From this moment/ Life has begun/ From this moment/ You are the one/ Right beside you/ There’ll be a girl!" Congratulations to the mom - and to Shania, for being part of the big moment!
