Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp, Dave Matthews (alongside Tim Reynolds), and Margo Price will return, along with Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros featuring The Wolfpack, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Lukas Nelson, Allison Russell, The String Cheese Incident, and Particle Kid. In the past 35 years, Farm Aid has raised more than $70M to support various programs that help farmers across the nation.
Country Music Is BOOMING: According to Billboard magazine, country music is in the middle of a boom era. While country radio's ratings have climbed from 6.0 - 6.7 in the first half of the year, sales and streaming have blossomed, with an increase of 20% year-over-year. Much of the credit goes to Morgan Wallen for the spike, as he alone accounts for 40% of that growth. Crazy stat: Billboard says one out of every 10 country songs streamed so far this year has been by Wallen. That's dominance.
