Mitchell Tenpenny Is Glad March Madness Is Back

Like a lot of basketball fans, Mitchell Tenpenny says he was “bummed out” when March Madness didn’t happen last year due to the pandemic.
“You know sports are such a huge part of my life and March Madness, you know what a crazy month,” he says. “When that got taken away especially in quarantine when you have nothing to do it’s pretty tough, pretty crazy,” adding, “I’m just glad it’s back.”
As for who he’s rooting for, Mitchell thinks the Tennessee Volunteer basketball team “is looking really good this year.” “I think that they have a good chance to make the final four and then anything can happen from there,” he says, adding, “I’m just looking forward to that it’s going to happen. I can’t wait. I love March Madness.”
