Pictures posted online by a friend seemed to suggest Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth got hitched over the holidays at the couple's home in Tennessee, and now the singer has confirmed the happy news.
Miley posted several photos from the ceremony, captioning the pictures "10 Years Later..." The photos show Miley and Liam embracing in front of a fireplace, with another of them in a lip-lock. Check them out below.
- Meanwhile, People reports that Miley and Liam had originally planned to marry at their Malibu home, before it was destroyed in the wildfires last month. “They had planned to get married in Malibu over the holidays when all of their families were together," a source says. "After their Malibu house didn’t make the fire, they have been living at Miley’s Tennessee house."
- ONE MORE THING! while the singer's siblings Noah and Brandi, as well as mom Tish, were reportedly there to witness the ceremony, it seems Miley's dad Billy Ray Cyrus missed her big day. Sources tell Radaronline that Billy Ray couldn’t be at the December 23rd nuptials “due to personal reasons,” although they didn’t say what those reasons were. The source does add that Miley did talk to her dad before she tied the knot, noting, “She FaceTimed him.”
- AND...Miley's friend and collaborator Mark Ronson sent his congrats to Miley with a video of him covering "Here Comes The Bride." Check it out below.
