Midland’s Mark Wystrach Shares Memories Of Thanksgiving

Growing up, Midland’s Mark Wystrach was used to having really big Thanksgivings. Because he grew up on a ranch, he says his home was always open to “people that didn’t have families,” noting “the record is we had 30 people at our Thanksgiving dinner.”

And for Mark’s family, the holiday really was all about being thankful, sharing that before the meal everyone gave a toast. “Everybody says something that they’re thankful for and that’s what it’s really about,” he says. “It’s about the reflection.”
