Margo Price Dropping New EP Friday

Margo Price is dropping some new music this week. The singer announced the new EP, “Live From The Other Side,” will drop Friday. 

Margo previewed the release with a performance of “Hey Child," featuring Adia Victoria, Allison Russell, Kam Franklin, and Kyshona Armstrong, on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.” The EP will also feature covers of The Beatles’ “Help,” and “That’s How Rumors Get Started.”

“I would also like to dedicate this EP to a hero of all of ours — Ms. Tina Turner,” Margo shares. “Her work has had such a massive influence on me ever since I heard her story and watched her movie What’s Love Got To Do With It when I was just ten years old.” She adds, “Her strength, talent, and truth have inspired me endlessly.”

• ONE MORE THING! Margo also took to Instagram to mark the one-year anniversary of the release of her last album, “That’s How Rumors Get Started.” She writes, “that’s how rumors get started is one year old today, thanks for listening.”
