Maddie & Tae’s Maddie Marlow Delayed Her Wedding For Carrie Underwood

Maddie & Tae’s Maddie Marlow admits her career is getting in the way of her wedding. The singer, who got engaged to fiancé Jonah Fontearlier this year, recently revealed that she has postponed her wedding three times so she and Tae could be on Carrie Underwood’s “Cry Pretty” tour. 

“The venue has been so wonderful to work with ... We've moved the date three times," she shares. "It's like two blessings trying to happen at the same time."

Maddie says she and Jonah were originally supposed to get married next September, but the date conflicted with Carrie’s tour stop at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena. Then the next date they picked was the same day as the CMA Awards.

And while you may think her fiancé would be upset by all the changes, it turns out he actually pushed her to do it. Maddie shares, "My fiance was like, 'You better move that! You gotta go on tour; do your thing!'”
