Maddie & Tae Surprised By CMA Nomination

Maddie & Tae are nominated for Vocal Duo of the Year at this year’s CMA Awards, and they are certainly grateful for the recognition. Maddie Marlow says the nomination was something they “never expected,” especially since they had just released a new single, and were still working on their next album.

“Having that nomination was like, oh wow, our peers do still feel like we’re doing something special and do still believe in us,” she shares, noting, “that was just a huge, huge compliment.”
