Luke Combs is once again helping bring the healing power of music to veterans with PTSD. For the second year in a row, the Academy of Country Music Awards has teamed with Ford to support the organization Guitars For Vets, with Ford donating $500,000 to the organization.
As part of the partnership, Luke will appear in a special tribute featuring the all-new Ford F-150 leading up to his performance in the 56th ACM Awards. The tribute will feature Luke and a group of military veterans, performing the original song "It's Alright," written by vet Damon Williams, who participated in last year’s Ford Guitars 4 Vets initiative.
The 56th Annual ACM Awards, hosted by Keith Urban and Mickey Guyton, airs live from Nashville April 18th on CBS (8 pm). The performances will take place in three iconic Music City venues - the Grand Ole Opry House, the historic Ryman Auditorium and The Bluebird Café.
