Luke Bryan & Carrie Underwood Love That ABC Airs A CMA Fest Special

ABC’s “CMA Fest” special airs Sunday, featuring performances from such artists as Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Thomas Rhett and a whole lot more.
The special was shot during CMA Fest’s Nissan Stadium shows last month, and Luke for one is happy that folks at home will get a chance to see what they missed. “I’ve always been the type of artist when I can perform my music for a television audience, it’s the best of both worlds,” he says. “You get to be in people’s households and they get to always put the face with the song.”
And Carrie adds that the TV special is the greatest type of promotion CMA Fest can get. She notes, “We kind of get to give the rest of the world that didn’t get to come to the Music Fest a little taste of what it’s like and hopefully they’ll see it and want to come next year.”
