Kane Brown Teams With Lowes To Help Hometowns In Need

Kane Brown is doing his part to help folks beautify their communities. The singer has teamed with Lowe's for their new 100 Hometowns initiative, which will hand out 100 grants for projects "to build, repair, beautify, inspire and improve 100 communities across America.”

For Kane, Lowe’s will be helping is his hometown of Chattanooga, noting, “I’m so excited to give back to my hometown this summer with Lowe’s,” adding, “We will be making renovations and repairs that will help the East Lake Boys & Girls Club continue to be the ‘home away from home’ for youth.” 

Kane shares, “This club is incredibly special – despite facing many challenges in 2020 due to COVID, they still found meaningful ways to support and uplift kids and families during an incredibly difficult time for everyone.”

  • The contest runs through April 19, and the public can nominate a project in their hometown here, sharing their hometown’s story and the importance of the project. Projects that qualify include things like community spaces, neighborhood housing, area revitalization and more.
