Kacey Musgraves Returns To The Top Of The Country Chart

Kacey Musgraves’ GRAMMY win for Album of the Year has propelled “Golden Hour” to the top of the “Billboard” Top Country Albums charts this week. The singer moved 35,000 additional album units, launching the record from number 19 to number one. 

The album is Kacey’s third Top Country Albums leader, and previously debuted at number one last April. 

Elsewhere on the country charts:

• Scotty McCreery’s “This Is It” tops the Country Airplay chart for a second week.
• Dan + Shay’s “Tequila” is spending its fourth week on top the Hot Country Songs chart.
• Luke Bryan’s “What Makes You Country” lands at number nine on the Hot Country Songs chart, his 27^th Top Ten hit on that chart
• George Strait’s “Every Little Honky Tonk Bar” is at 20 on the Country Airplay chart, his record-extending 99^th Country Airplay entry.
