Jimmie Allen & Brad Paisley Have A New Number One

Jimmie Allen and Brad Paisley’s hit collaboration “Freedom Was A Highway” is the pair’s new number one. The track tops the “Billboard” Country Airplay chart, Jimmie’s third chart topper, and Brad’s 20^th leader.

“This song is super special to me,” Jimmie shares. “I wrote it about the streets I grew up driving on in Milton and Lewes, Delaware. It has been amazing to see the song connect with so many people.”

With a 20th leader Brad now ties Brooks & Dunn and Toby Keith for the 10th most Country Airplay number ones. 

Elsewhere on the chart…

• Chris Stapleton’s “You Should Probably Leave” tops the Hot Country Songs chart, his third number one on this chart. This comes one week after the song topped the Country Airplay chart.
