Gwen Stefani Confesses She Knew Nothing About Blake Shelton Before “The Voice”

As we told you, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton tied the knot this past July, and while they are deliriously happy now, it wasn’t that long ago that Gwen didn’t even know who the country star was.
In a new interview, Gwen confesses that before joining Blake on “The Voice” in 2014 she was clueless about him so she actually went on the Internet to do some research.
“I was on ‘The Voice.’ I didn’t know Blake. I didn’t even know that he existed as a human, let alone, an artist,” she shared on “From Apple Music With Love.” “When I got on the show, I was like googling him and watching old reruns of ‘The Voice’ to try to figure out why people like him so much.”
Gwen says one of her nannies told her that Blake was “so hot,” and she agreed. She adds, “the more I watched the show, the more I could see ‘Wow, he’s funny, he’s tall.’ I started to get it.”
