Gwen Gives Blake A Very Patriotic Birthday Present

Blake Shelton celebrated his 42nd birthday yesterday, and girlfriend Gwen Stefani gave him a very patriotic birthday gift -- an American flag on a newly-installed flagpole at his home in Oklahoma.
Gwen took Blake up in a helicopter, and when they were airborne, she asked, "Do you see anything different?" Blake spotted the American flag, and once he and Gwen were back on solid ground they took a selfie in front of it.
Blake’s birthday celebration started over the weekend, and included Gwen serenading him with “Happy Birthday” during dinner with friends Saturday night.
