Garth Brooks Sets Sell Out Record With Salt Lake City Show

Garth Brooks has set a new record. As we told you, Garth recently announced a new Stadium show at Salt Lake City, Utah’s Rice-Eccles Stadium, and to say fans were anxious to get tickets is an understatement.
According to a post by Garth on Facebook, 50,000 tickets to the show sold out in less than 30 minutes, which is a new Ticketmaster record for the fastest Stadium sellout.
“Touring is BACK. Utah, Idaho, this is going to be the time I'VE been waiting for!,” Garth shared. “Counting the days to see U-tah!”
- Meanwhile, in an interview with Salt Lake City’s ABC4, Garth revealed that he’s going to be bringing a documentary crew with him for the show, noting, “this is gonna be on everybody’s list about what you do right after the pandemic,” adding “we’re excited. We think we picked the right city to open things up. It’s gonna be fun.”
