Florida Georgia Line drops their new album “Can’t Say I Ain’t Country” today, and fans of the duo should expect something a little different from what they've released in the past.

“We always kind of want to give the fans something different, a different side of who we are,” Tyler Hubbard shares. “I think the album title really ties it together, to be honest. I think there’s still a lot of different sounds, a lot of different sides of who we are, a little bit of something for everybody.”

And while FGL has experimented with some pop sounds in the past, Tyler insists “this is probably our countriest album to date, kinda taking it back to our roots again.”

“I think there’s a song for every kind of situation, every kind of person on this album,” Brian Kelley adds. “So, whatever kind of mood you’re going through, whatever day you’re having – you need to party, you need to cry, you need to think about something…our albums have that.”

  • In addition to songs, the album features comedic skits featuring a character named Brother Jervell, who was invented by the pair’s friend Nugget. “It’s something different for us, something cool,” Tyler shares, noting that “nobody’s really done it in country.” He adds that he hopes the skits give fans “a little comedic relief.”
