A woman is suing Dolly Parton’s Dollywood after the trolley she was on en route back to her hotel crashed into a concrete pole, causing her to end up in the hospital.
According to the lawsuit, it was dark, raining, and the windshield was fogged during the ride. Some of the passengers warned the driver that it was hard to see, but that didn’t stop him, resulting in the crash. Five others on the trolley were injured in the accident.
The woman suing claims the trolley driver was the cause of the collision by being negligent and reckless. She is seeking $250,000 for her injuries, medical expenses and pain and suffering.
- Dollywood has not commented yet on being suing, however it is also currently dealing with another lawsuit – it was sued in October for using a tune from “A Charlie Brown Christmas” in its plays.
