Dolly Parton is the subject of a new biographical comic book that’s coming out today.
TidalWave Comics' new Dolly comic is the latest addition to their "Female Force" series, which highlights women who make an impact around the world. Previous women featured in the series include First Lady Michelle Obama, Vice President Kamala Harris, Betty White, Barbra Streisand, Mother Teresa and more.
