Dan+Shay have fanboyed about Kenny Chesney in a big way. The duo have been lifelong fans of Chesney’s music so it’s a big thrill for them to be on the “Here and Now Stadium Tour” bill. Now, to fanboy out, Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney have written a song about Kenny.
The pair stood in Nissan Stadium in Nashville and shared a video with their fans about the backstory about the tune. "Shay and I sat down just yesterday to write a song, and this is kinda what happened. We wrote a song about what Kenny's music means to us, what it means to be on the road. At the end of the day, we're still just fans."
They followed it up after the Nashville show with a video singing a snippet of the song!
