Dan + Shay Drop New Song “I Should Probably Go To Bed

Dan + Shay treated fans to a new song this weekend, the pop-infused ballad “I Should Probably Go To Bed." The pair wrote the song while under quarantine, and they say the time off gave them “the time to experiment like we really want to."
"With this one, [we had] nothing but time on our hands," Dan Smyers tells “People.” "So it was cool to really tap into that. I feel like we really put our stamp and our signature on the way the song sounds and people have been relating to it."
Being at home and off the road has been a bit odd for the pair but Shay Mooney sees it as a “blessing in disguise.”
"We both have families, our wives, Hannah and Abby," he says. "I have two kids, and I had a new baby two weeks before our first Nashville date. I've actually been able to be there, unlike with [our 3-year-old] Asher,” adding, “I'm actually getting to be home and watch him grow up."
