Kelly Clarkson Covers Lainey Wilson: Lainey Wilson said the other day during her appearance on "The Kelly Clarkson Show," "You sing other people's songs better than they do!" While Kelly brushed off the compliment, there's no denying that when Kelly gets ahold of a song she loves, she crushes it. Yesterday the host performed Lainey's "Smell Like Smoke" on her show, and while it's tough to make the argument that it's better than Lainey's original, it's safe to say there aren't many that can do it better.
Priscilla Block Teases "What Do You Think?" Demo, "Jesus And Me": Priscilla Block jumped on Instagram looking for opinions. Alongside a musical clip (with which she wrote, "A true, what do you think demo"), she captioned the video, "In the middle of the night in the UK...not sure if it's the jet lag or I'm just feeling sad for no reason...I'm trying to pick songs for my album...this one's called 'Jesus and Me'." If you're a Priscilla Block fan and want input on her album, this might be your chance.
Pre-Grand Opening, Garth Brooks Shows He Still Has A Little Athlete Left In Him: Prior to last night's grand opening celebration of his "Friends In Low Places Honky Tonk And Grill," Garth Brooks posted an Instagram clip showing that he still has some of that college athleticism left in the tank. He stood on (what is presumably) the roof of his new bar and impressively hurled a football all the way across the street to a neighboring establishment. Not surprising, as Garth was a javelin thrower in college.
