Zac Brown Band Tributes Jimmy Buffett With New Track "Pirates & Parrots": Zac Brown was a friend, a fan, and a collaborator with Jimmy Buffett. Last weekend he took part in the all-star tribute to the late legend, and now the Zac Brown Band has a tribute song coming out in Jimmy's honor. "Pirates & Parrots" was first performed live by Zac Brown and Alan Jackson in a touching tribute to Buffett at the 2023 ACM Awards. Now the official studio version is set to drop Friday.
One Benefit Of Fame For Jelly Roll - Free Jelly Roll Cakes: This isn't going to help him with his weight loss journey. Jelly Roll says he loves eating jelly rolls (the cake), but admits "I didn't realize that jelly rolls were cakes. I got named Jelly Roll after a jelly donut. My mother didn't know there was a different pastry called a jelly roll." Now, the country star tells "PEOPLE" he receives jelly roll cakes "all the time" as gifts. "It is awesome. Venues will always have one," says Jelly, before revealing his favorite flavors: "I love anything with strawberry or grape in it." In moderation, now, of course.
Conner Smith Gets Hitched: Congratulations to Conner Smith. He and girlfriend Leah Thompson (the surfer, not the actress) have tied the knot! The singer revealed on his Instagram over the weekend that the two got hitched. "“Mr & Mrs Smith // 4/12/24 💍,” the newlyweds wrote in the caption alongside a set of photos on both their Instagrams. The couple got engaged last September.
