Conner Smith is a steadily-climbing country star on the rise; his very first Top 20 country hit, "Creek Will Rise," is moving up the charts but he's already feeling a little restless just living on that one song.
The singer took to Instagram over the weekend to inform fans that not only was new music on the way, but he even dropped a new tune on SoundCloud, though how long it remains there is anyone's guess. "Tried (sic) of not giving y’all new music so I put a couple songs on SoundCloud today. I’ll probably get in trouble for it so y’all go check em out while they are up. New music is coming soon I promise." The song is about long-distance relationships and is called "Thousand Miles Away."
