Chris Young Still Can’t Believe His ACM Nominations

As we told you, Chris Young leads this year’s ACM nominees with seven nods including Album of the Year and Single of the Year for his Kane Brown collab “Famous Friends,” and he still can’t quite believe it.
Chris says the nominations are “still something I can barely wrap my brain around.” While Chris says he knows “it’s real,” but notes, “when you get down to it, I’ve never been the most nominated artist at any award show ever.”
He adds, “And for the very first time that it happens, for it to be the ACMs, that is something that is just incredibly special.”
Plus, he says to be nominated with Kane “is just absolutely incredible,” noting he’s “definitely pumped to be able to celebrate these noms with him.”
