Carrie Underwood is returning to host the CMA Awards for a 12th year, but this time it will be without her partner in crime Brad Paisley. But Carrie won’t be alone on stage. Instead she’ll be joined by two pretty incredible co-hosts – Dolly Parton and Reba McEntire

This year’s CMA Awards will air November 13th on ABC, live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, with the night featuring a celebration of legendary women in country music.

"So thankful to the CMA Country Music Association for wanting to honor the women of Country Music for this year’s #CMAAwards," Carrie shares. "I couldn’t be more excited to get to stand up there with 2 of my personal heroes... Reba McEntire and Dolly Parton are trailblazers, icons and legends. We’re gonna make Country Music proud on November 13th."

  • "Can’t wait to join @carrieunderwood and @DollyParton at this year’s #CMAawards!!!," Reba tweeted, while Dolly added, “Let’s go girls! I’m so excited to be joining @carrieunderwood and @reba to celebrate the legendary women of country music as a guest host of this year’s #CMAawards on November 13.”
  • As for Brad, he hasn’t commented on why he won’t be back, but he sure doesn’t seem disappointed. After news of the hosts were revealed he tweeted, “As a fan of all 3 of these amazing women, I can’t wait to watch.”
  • ONE MORE THING! Some people may be wondering whether Reba will be back as host of the ACMs now that she's taken the CMA gig and, well, that remains to be seen. A source tells Billboard, "no deal is in place for [McEntire] to come back” to the ACMs, but adds “nothing [is] determined yet."
