Carrie Underwood Says It Was An “Honor” To Collaborate With Dan + Shay

As we told you, Carrie Underwood and Dan + Shay recently collaborated on the “Dear Evan Hansen” track “Only Us,” and Carrie says it was a “privilege and honor” to sing with the duo.
Carrie says she hadn’t seen the Broadway musical although Dan + Shay were a “huge fan” of it. “I only got to watch the movie kind of in secret,” she shares. “I got to screen it, and I loved the movie and loved the music in it.”
She adds, “It was just such a great song and I could immediately hear us singing on it together, and I’m just honored to be a part of this really cool project.”
