Carly Pearce Has Fond Memories Of Fourth Of July Growing Up

Carly Pearce didn’t always get to enjoy the Fourth of July growing up because she says she would often be playing a Bluegrass Festival, noting, “I did that a lot growing up.”
But when she wasn’t, she’d spend the holiday at her grandparents house, where her father would handle the fireworks, although not necessarily successfully.
“It was kind of an ongoing joke with our family that fireworks, when he would light them they would chase him,” she shares. “And no matter what he was shooting off, at least one to two fireworks would chase him every single year. And it was really funny.”
