Carly Pearce Covers Garth Brooks’ “The Dance”

Carly Pearce is channeling a little Garth Brooks. The singer took to social media earlier this week to share a snippet of her singing Garth’s classic tune “The Dance.”

“This song came on when I was driving late last night & it punched me straight in the gut, just like country songs do,” Carly shared. “Some songs just stand the test of time....” 

• ONE MORE THING! Like a lot of people, Carly has been turning to online shopping while stuck at home due to the coronavirus. “I drink wine and online shop, which is a horrible decision to make,” she shares, noting the “dumbest purchase” she made is stuffed animals for her dog, while the “smartest” was a pair of boots, sharing, “I will sport at some point on the road, somewhere.”
