Brothers Osborne had a night off from their tour in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and decided to check out Foo Fighters' “Concrete and Gold Tour” stop at the Rogers Place Arena and wound up on stage jamming with the band.
The duo joined Dave Grohl and company to pay tribute to Tom Pettywith a cover of “Breakdown.” “There’s a wonderful band that played here … Brothers Osborne,” Dave told the crowd. “They were drinking with us before the show, so I feel obligated to give ’em a little somethin’ somethin’.”
Later Brothers Osborne took to social media to share how they felt about being on stage with the Foos, writing, “Yeah, uh... played with @foofighters tonight. Freaking out right now,” and "Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.... we got to jam with @foofighters tonight. Holy sh*t.” Check out video of their performance above (Note: Poor sound quality).
