Brett Young Knows What He’s Serving For A Memorial Day Barbecue

Brett Young will be on tour this Memorial Day weekend, but if he were home he’d probably be having a barbecue and he knows exactly what he’d be serving.
“I’m pretty basic down the middle burgers and dogs, if it’s that kind of get together, where you’re having a bunch of friends over,” he says. “It’s easy. You can’t really go wrong with burgers and dogs.”
But that’s not all. Bret admits, “I love a good tri-tip,” sharing, “If I was doing burgers and dogs I’d also be slow cookin’ a tri-tip as well,” noting he’d cook it at a lower heat on the top rack “so it’s nice and tender.”
Unfortunately Brett won’t be barbecuing this year. He’ll be performing in Ohio, Indiana and Wisconsin this weekend. Check out his tour dates here.
