Brett Young Had A Lot Of Jobs Before Hitting It Big In Music

Like most musicians, Brett Young worked a lot of odd jobs before he hit it big, including waiting and bussing tables, and bartending, not only in bars but on cruise ships and in nightclubs.
But that’s not all. Brett also worked in construction, including, “anything from framing a back deck to building a house and laying foundation and doing the whole thing,” and even worked in mortgages before his career took off.
Brett notes that when it came to work he’d do, “anything that seemed like it was interesting to me,” noting, “if I worked hard I could be successful, I’ve kind of been all over the place.”
