“Billboard” Names Carly Pearce’s “29: Written In Stone” This Year’s Best Country Album

“Billboard” is out with their picks for the Top 10 country albums of 2021, with Carly Pearce’s “29: Written In Stone” earning top honors.

The mag notes of the album that Carly “has crafted a new classic that sounds thoroughly modern while still paying homage to the women pioneers she reveres.”

Coming in second is Miranda Lambert, Jon Randall and Jack Ingram’s “The Marfa Tapes," followed by Eric Church’s “Heart & Soul” at three, Alan Jackson’s “Where Have You Gone” at four and Morgan Wade’s “Reckless” at five.
